Knowing my interest in guitar music my son pointed out to me that Google had changed its logo to celebrate what would have been guitar legend Les Paul’s 96th birthday. (It was also my birthday so a nice coincidence).
Google had created an interactive logo you could actually play and even save a 30 second recording. How cool is that?
Every so often Google changes its logo to reflect a current theme or event and keeps them all in an archive at http://www.google.co.uk/logos/ and several of these are also interactive
I also found the Google PacMan and spent 15 minutes recapturing my lost youth but this time in full colour!
